D1.1 - Interim Report on Consolidated Baseline
This report synthesizes the achievements of the first phase of baseline characterization. Thus it includes two main parts: (i) An overview of current practices in active ageing with a particular focus on the structure and mechanisms adopted by associations of senior professionals, but covering also other approaches such as free-lancing activities, continuation of links with the working place after retirement, etc.; (ii) A summary of the state of the art in relevant scientific areas and related research projects.

D2.1 - Interim Report on a Vision for Active Ageing in Europe October
As a part of the ePAL's roadmap, this document presents the first vision statement and its instantiations for enhancing the active life of senior professionals in the European society. It first proposes an approach for building the vision. Then, applying this proposed approach, a first vision for extension of professional active life is both (1) systematically constructed through the analysis of drivers and trends in the European market/society, and (2) enhanced through the careful examination of a number of representative scenarios, while being partially validated through the involvement of a number of various types of stakeholders.

D3.1 - Interim Report on Gap Analysis
Having refined the Baseline and established a consolidated vision of how to help senior professionals extend their professional active life, the subsequent challenge is to identify the development needs (gaps), which will serve as the rough input for constructing the roadmap and reaching the stated vision of ePAL. We define the "Gap" as the differences which emerge from those practices identified in the Baseline studies carried out in D1.1 with those identified as an integral part of the Vision established in D2.1. The differences between the Baseline and the Vision will determine the overall Gap between current practice and a desired future.

D6.1 - Draft Roadmap (Plan of Actions)
This report includes a first set of proposed strategic research and technical development actions that, if successfully implemented, are likely to deliver to society a desirable future in terms of active ageing and the silver economy. In other words, this action plan will help us to achieve the ePAL vision, taking into account the current baseline and trends we have previously identified. The proposed actions are organized according to the three perspectives of analysis - social, organizational and technological - being followed throughout the ePAL project.
According to our adopted roadmapping methodology, this action plan, together with the baseline and vision statements, will now be the subject of an extensive consultation and consensus building process involving a large and diverse group of stakeholders. For this purpose, the report also includes, in annex, an executive summary to be used during the interactions with these stakeholders.
